North Shore Arts Association (NSAA) is excited to collaborate with the Rocky Neck Cultural District Partners to celebrate art on Cape Ann for Gloucester’s annual Culture Splash. Running every Thursday night in July and August from 4 – 7 PM, visitors are invited to come and experience free artist demonstrations given by extremely talented, well-known artists.
