\n\nNorth Shore Arts Association (NSAA) is excited to collaborate with the Rocky Neck Cultural District Partners to celebrate art on Cape Ann for Gloucester&rsquo\;s annual Culture Splash. Running every Thursday night in July and August from 4 &ndash\; 7 PM\, visitors are invited to come and experience free artist demonstrations given by extremely talented\, well-known artists.
