The Sally Webster Inn and the Red Tractor Trading Company of Rockport are proud to present The Truffle Epiphany - a truffle making class that will unlock the secrets of making chocolate truffles. This decadent dessert is one of the most elegant, yet simple, candies to make! You will learn how to make at least 3 types of truffles and will walk away with creative ideas, simple tips, and of course, samples that will totally “WOW” everyone! Plus, you will experience presenting your truffles on some of the Red Tractor Trading Company’s beautiful food slabs made from local Rockport Granite and New England farm fresh field stones.
