The Sawyer Free Library and Wellspring House are pleased to announce the opening of their collaborative photographic exhibit “Portraits of Cape Ann Immigrants,” which presents interviews and photos of recent immigrants to Cape Ann and celebrates their stories of resilience and hope. The opening reception will be on Thursday, November 14, from 6:30–8 p.m. with a brief presentation at 7:00 p.m. at the Sawyer Free Library located at 2 Dale Avenue in Gloucester. The evening is open and free to the public to attend and enjoy with refreshments provided by The Open Door. The exhibit will be on view through December.
