Come learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice - from the movements and breath to meditation and even a little philosophy to give you a solid foundation for your personal practice. Sharon Esker teaches in an approachable way that is understandable for her students so they can begin feeling at ease in the studio and in their own bodies. Gain the confidence to walk into a yoga class anywhere. All are Welcome!
