We begin the evening with 'tea and conversation' at the Willow Rest Restaurant. Followed by an easy walk into Gloucester's historic Dogtown. All levels of experience welcomed to enjoy these easy\, effective styles of meditating. Even a few minutes of daily meditation has been shown to be helpful for controlling blood pressure\, relieving stress\, and improving comfort. Space is limited.
