LOCATION:40 Beach Street\, Manchester-by-the-Sea\, MA 01944 Manchester Community Center. 40 Beach St. (Gray building next to the MBTA Train Station\,) downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea\, MA. By Car- Rt. 128. School St Exit 15 towards Manchester. At end of the street\, turn left. Then road winds to the right\, then follow straight across the train tracks and turn left into Harbor Point. The Manchester Community Center is straight ahead.
