DESCRIPTION:When: Monday July 3\, 2023\nStep off time: 6 p.m. from Gloucester High School\, 32 Leslie O. Johnson Road\n\n \n\nArrival/set up for those participating in the parade: We recommend arriving as close to 4pm as possible. Due to traffic\, limited space for parking and road closures we encourage those who intend on being in the parade to arrive early and carpool to the High School parking lot.  \n\nParking: Parking at GHS is available only for 1 car per group in parade if at all. Parking lot is reserved for parade use only from 8pm July 2 - 9pm July 3rd. Please try to carpool or park in alternate locations and walk down.\n\n \n\nTheme: This year we not only celebrate our great nation but our great city as well!!  All floats\, vehicles etc are to be decorated in accordance with that theme and celebration.\n\n \n\nGrand Prize Float that best represents Gloucester Heritage will win $1000 donated by the Gloucester 400th!\n\nThere will be a prize for Best Horrible as well!!\n\n \n\nThe parade will follow its traditional route out Centennial Avenue\, left on Western Avenue to Washington Street at Tally's Corner\, right down Washington and left onto Rogers Street\, left on Manuel F.
