DESCRIPTION:During the summer\, enjoy free concerts in the Cape Ann Museum Courtyard on Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm. Offered as part of the city-wide?Culture Splash\, the Courtyard Concerts feature local and regional musicians whose music ranges from Latin tunes to pop reinventions\, acoustic folk to rock music\, and chamber music to bluegrass. The Museum will be open with free admission during the concerts. The concerts will be cancelled if there is rain. \n\nAfter a successful first year in 2021\, the CAM Teen Council presents their second Rainbow Splash Open Mic with Caroline Harvey. LGBTQ+ performers\, poets\, musicians\, and storytellers from across Cape Ann will share their work to celebrate LGBTQIA+ stories from across Cape Ann. \n\nPassionate about telling stories of creative survival\, Caroline has been touring internationally as spoken word poet\, educator\, and activist for over 15 years. Caroline is also a co-owner of?Dogtown Books\, an independent bookstore in Gloucester\, MA.
