DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of meditation and Usui Reiki Ryoho (a Japanese Healing Method/Art.) Come for the whole evening\, or register in advance for a session of Reiki. Offered through light touch while fully clothed\, either lying or sitting. Reiki helps create a relaxed state (mind and body) for greater feelings of calm\, comfort and a sense of inner peace. Monthly Community Reiki Shares are held 'first Tuesdays' at the Manchester Community Center\, Manchester -by-the-Sea. $20.00 suggested donation. Portion of the proceeds support local charities.
