Reiki helps create a relaxed state (mind and body) for greater feelings of calm\, comfort and a sense of inner peace. \n\nMonthly Community Reiki Shares are held 'first Tuesdays' at the Manchester Community Center\, Manchester -by-the-Sea. $20.00 suggested donation.
